This is a project that we undertook whilst living in Australia. When we saw the 3-bedroom bungalow in a prestigious Queensland suburb it was in need of some TLC and updating to bring it into the 21st century.

We extended and reconfigured the space to create a fourth bedroom and knocked through an external wall to add large patio doors leading out to the pool.

The bathrooms and kitchen were replaced, incorporating stone worktops and glass splashbacks.

Outside, the garden was privatised with rendered white walls to match the newly rendered bungalow, and a large electric gate completed the look.
